Having trouble entering your key?
The key provided is in upper case but you may enter lower case letters if you wish. The letter O and the number Zero (0) look alike, the same goes for the letter I and the number 1. Look closely and type it as you see it making sure you don't enter a zero (not as wide) for an O. and be careful not to add an extra space at the end of the key.
